Refund policy

THE CORAL PRO — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales of live coral are final. Due to the nature of live animals we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

The only exception is coral that arrives dead on arrival which is covered under our Arrive Alive Guarantee. Please refer to our Arrive Alive Guarantee policy for full details on how to submit a claim.

Refunds are not issued for the following reasons:

  • Coral that arrives stressed but alive
  • Coral that dies after arrival due to tank conditions water parameters or improper acclimation
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Orders where overnight shipping was not selected
  • Orders where the customer was not available to receive the package

Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
